About the Role
As a **Sales Intern** you will play a pivotal role in supporting our fast‑growing sales team, helping to drive revenue and expand our market presence across Nepal. You will work closely with senior sales managers to learn the end‑to‑end sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation, gaining hands‑on experience in a dynamic, results‑focused environment.
**Key daily responsibilities** include conducting market research to identify potential customers, qualifying inbound leads, preparing outreach emails and call scripts, and updating our CRM system with accurate activity logs. You will also assist in preparing sales presentations, coordinate product demos, and help the team track performance metrics, ensuring that targets are met and insights are captured for continuous improvement.

Requirements
* Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Nepali.
* Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) a plus.
* Ability to conduct basic market research and analyze data to identify sales opportunities.
* Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative team spirit.
* High level of integrity and professionalism when handling customer information.
* Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales strategies and technologies.
